"Council members made no response."
Which makes you folks sound no different than the Bert Brown / Jim Myers / Virginia Warren / Dean Calamaras / John Simmonds / Rick Tacy council that was led around by the nose by George Hunt. They'd all get embarrassed when stuff like this came out and then they would glare at whoever brought it out into the public.
At the risk of alienating you folks further, this is a fair question: what the hell is wrong with you folks that none of you thought this was a bad idea, even if it was only from a PR perspective?
"Council members made no response."
