Herb talks Filmed poolside at his home in Venice, Venice Taxpayers League president Herb Levine was asked his views on the troubles faced by the current city council. There was little prep work for this clip and there was no pre-interview done, I just rolled the video tape and let Herb talk. His comments about this writer were spontaneous and not asked for.
