This creep has been going around and ripping people off in the mobile home parks for years. He keeps getting arrested and spends time in Sarasota County and gets released, and put back on the street. Doesnt Florida have a habitual offender stature, so this guy gets locked up and the key thrown away? Here is a mug shot so you know who I am talking about.
