As long as you blame the supervisors and knock off the employee bashing. Poor management and Venice go together like red beans and rice. Like ice cream and birthday cake. Like corned beef and sauerkraut. Like Astroglide and anal. Go blame the half-wit City Manager. Poor performance at the managerial level has been going on for years.
