"A storm broke out..." and its name was Hurricane Kim. A hurricane is an area of low pressure, surrounded by high winds going around in circles, and causing damage to innocent people in its path. If Hurrican Kim was a half-way decent reporter getting her facts straight that would be one-thing, but virtually every important story she screw up.
