She states "Citizens have been meeting without public notice since at least December, developing conceptual airport plans..." Are citizens required to give public notice when meeting with each other? Or, did she mean to write citizens have been meeting with council, or one person from council, or what? I see that Zac Anderson co-wrote this article with her. I guess she needed a little help after the last bomb.
