Reading city e-mails this morning I noticed someone named "Joe Fink" e-mailed Rick Tacy and basically said "you better know what you're doing, and you better have a witness". He also stated that it appears Rick is performing desperate acts before the next round of elections, bucking the will of the people. I wonder if this "Joe Fink" is the North Port commissioner of the same name.
