What is going on with the City email site? Is Novell a poor choice? Sarasota County uses "Office Outlook Web Access" and this is a searchable resource that does not seem to have the same glitches we have to deal with. Or, is this an administrative problem? Yesterday, we lost about 3 days of current emails, today, we lost all emails from 11:20 am to 6:40pm. Frequently we get error messages concerning capacity. But losing access to emails seems a real problem, and compromises access to the press. And, a searchable database of messages seems like a good thing. Should Venice make a changed? Does anyone know about this stuff?
