Mumbles is correct. The Right Hon. Martin Black is the "CEO" (Chief Ethics Officer) for the City of Venice. Remember when the city copped a plea with the United States Department of Justice to the criminal felony indictment for falsifying records? Black was elevated to that position by the Department of Justice / United States Attorney. My friends in D.C. told me that it is well known that the United States Attorney would never have accepted the city's guilty plea unless Black agreed to accept the position. They confirmed that the government of the United States of America needed someone like Black. They went on to tell me that they could not find anyone else in Venice who had the right ethical stuff as Black. With Black and only Black as CEO was the only way to assure the people of the United States of America the City of Venice would never-ever again even dare to think about deviating from the straight and narrow way of strict ethical behavior. Once called,Black immediately and humbly rose to the task by creating the PRIDE program. Ever since Black created the Price program Venice has become the model city for ethics in government. Why is that? Everyone knows that Black would never accept anything less than total ethical compliance. He is just that kind of person. Now we have Rick Tacy who holds the same conviction about ethics as Black does. Why are the other members of city council just sitting in silence while Black and Tacy have to carry their burden alone? Come on, the rest of you: Simmonds, Noren, Moore, Martin, Lang and Zavodnyik, do your part. Be ethical! Rat each other out! Send illusory emails to everyone you know. Keep the well earned reputation for journalistic ethics of the New York Times alive by feeding disinformation to the SHT. Simmonds, Noren, Moore, Martin, Lang and Zavodnik are not being team players. It is just not fair that Black and Martin have to be ethical. All five of you need to follow their example. Go ahead. Do it now! If you cannot lie, take Liagra.
