Precisely what I said in a previous post, only I took the HT and their lawyer's disinterest in all things "Venice" (that conflicted in any way with the interests of the "in group") back as far as the late 90"s, which is as far back as I had personal, first hand knowledge of their lack of concern. I must admit that back when Doug Bolduc was reporting for the Gondo, he did take documents I provided him and attempt to expose some of the "inside deals" being done by council and certain "preferred" people. All to no avail except it irked some, like Herb Levine to the point they became very activist on these issues. Everyone else slept through it.
