I agree Black is clever. He's smart and keeps his statements carefully phrased. Let's face it, he's no fool. However, throwing around unsubstainable accusations and subversively feeding the misinformation to a rabidly biased press would, in any venue, be considered insubordination and cause for termination. With his constant, pedantic smokescreens, roadblocks and obscuring (or ignoring or fabricating) the facts, it's surprising that council gets anything done. His job description is to work for, not against them. Fire his butt.
