JP, in his email of May 4th, Martin Black implicates that all the "charter officers" support his position. Is that the truth? Have Lori Stelzer and Robert Anderson, Esq. confirmed that with VeniceFlorida.com? Also, after reading Martin Black's email I went to the city charter and looked up the duties and responsibilities of each of the charter officers: City Manager, Clerk and Attorney. There is no mention in the city charter of any of those positions being legally responsible for either the investigation, enforcement or in Martin Black's case "keeping records" of sunshine law violations by members of city council.
