Marty as ethics officer??? Really??? Ok folks, heres the rub, the good old boys took one in the ass with the wastewater/epa bit. So to prevent that from occurring again they set up a bogus ethics program under the guise of being told to do so by the boys from the epa. The city tax payers even spent a small fortune on outside contractors comming into give the program the appearance of legitamacy via employee training. Unfortunately the program is a joke as evidenced by the poor sots who tried to utilize it to rectify a problem in utilities. They were almost fired for being ethical....and following the program.... so you see, if you want your city back, run for the people by the people, you had better get two or three more candidates for council that are not part of the ccq pac. You need a majority to overide this good old boys club and you aint there yet!!!!!!!! But do not give up!!!
